I ordered the blue one and was really disappointed with the product. The robe was neither soft nor luxurious. My son asked if it would hurt my feelings if he asked me to return it (9yo). The description says Terry Velour, and there may be some velour, but it was really more like an old fashioned rough terry cloth bath towel material. I don't know if thread count is a metric in kids robes, but if it is, the thread count is very low. I can't recommend it to anyone and I definitely wouldn't give it as a gift. Worst overall experience I've had this far on Amazon. My review may sound harsh, but, I think I can save people the hassle by being honest.
