Well, I just received this yesterday and I want to say first that it IS cute, but it in no way provided enough deep pressure. I am a special ed teacher and I work with kids who have a lot of sensory needs. I ordered this hoping that it would be a less noticeable way to provide deep pressure in place of a sometimes socially inappropriate squeeze vest. It was basically just a 95% cotton t-shirt with 5% spandex. I could have bought a bikers t-shirt in x-small that would have given more pressure. It just wasn't tight enough or sturdy enough and did not provide nearly enough input for kids who have true sensory needs. Sorry, but it just was an expensive shirt with a cute rocket. Shipping was fast and design was cute though. If your kid needs only mild pressure input this may do the trick. But, I might recommend ordering at least 2 sizes below what they normally wear.
